The availability of the products is updated on a regular basis. There is a small possibility, if an item is very popular, that the number of orders can sometimes exceed the items in stock. In such case, we will contact you and inform of the date on which the product will be available again or if it is out of stock.

Do you accept international credit cards?
Totally. Wellnessshopland.com can accept international credit cards, and we can ship to most countries worldwide. For very remote countries, please contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to help.
Please enter the correct information in the required fields. Orders placed with the use of an international credit card may take up to 72 hours to complete before shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How is the delivery made?
You shall receive your order by the courier service we collaborate with, at the address you have indicated on the order form. Upon receipt of the package by the courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking/shipping number.
How long does the delivery take?
Shipments shall take place every day, except for Sundays and international holidays. Orders placed Monday to Thursday shall be processed on the same day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday shall be processed on the next business day. Orders shall be prepared for the carrier within 2-5 days. In the case of hard-to-reach / remote areas and islands, orders might have delays based on local carrier. Every shipment shall take place as soon as the payment is completed. Standard delivery is usually within 7-17 business days. The aforementioned delivery times are indicative and refer to business days (not including weekends and holidays), and they may vary depending on the situation and product availability.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the status of your order, you shall be notified of the options at hand. If the order is cancelled within 2 hours from its placement, there is no charge. However, should you cancel your order after your products have been delivered to the courier service, you shall be charged with the shipping cost (i.e. the cost of shipping the products to you and returning them to the company).
What must I do when I receive the order?
For your convenience, we suggest you check thoroughly - upon receiving your order - the condition of the products and their packaging for any obvious defects and alterations.
What should I do in case there is a problem with the content of my order?
All packages shipped by Wellness Shopland are checked thoroughly and sealed securely. If you detect any defect, please contact our offices immediately, on the same day or on the business day following the delivery, in order to share your concerns, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com , attaching a picture of the product in the condition in which you received it.
Which is the Return Policy?
In case of a product return, we will refund the amount of the products returned to the bank account indicated by you or to your credit card. Wellness Shopland, shall bear the cost of returning the package
Returned products shall be accepted under the following cumulative conditions:
- Complete the return for indicating the reason of the return. You must return the products within 30 days.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, with their packaging intact and with their special tags in place.
In case of a product return, depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order and the return method, the refund shall be completed (except in withdrawal cases) within five (5) working days from the day on which we received the products. Upon receiving the products, we shall process your request immediately and notify you by e-mail on the method and deadline for its satisfaction.
1.For reasons of hygiene, our company does not accept returns of earrings. All products returned to our company shall undergo quality control.
Who is responsible for the return costs in case there is a problem with the content of the order?
If there shall be a problem with the content of your order or you would detect a defect on the received item, Wellness Shopland shall be charged with the return cost. You have to return the item within 5 business days from the day of receiving it. Products returned from abroad shall be sent using the return label which is included in your package. You shall receive a refund of the shipping cost once the product has been delivered to us.

Unfortunately, Wellnessshopland.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a black bag is selling better than a white one, one might discount the white bag to boost sales!
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?
Wellnessshopland.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Please contact our customer service team to inform you about the availability and to put you in the notification list. When your size, color, and style become available you will receive an email letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait.
